This is the essence of our Black Campus Ministries Staff Conference, themed Everybody Eats: Finding Rest in the Midst of Mission. Join us in this story and discover the beauty of finding rest not apart from our mission, but beautifully intertwined within it. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Airline Travel: Increasing travel costs significantly affect our budget, and we need your help to be good stewards of the funds we have. Please be mindful of costs in making your flight selections. To control expenses, BCM will not cover the cost of checked baggage, travel insurance or premium seating for this conference.
If your travel costs (airfare, parking, ground transportation, mileage) will exceed $525 please consult with Shaylen Hardy or Dawn Van Hook before purchasing plane tickets. Please let us know if your travel plans are complex, you are having difficulty getting flights within the time frames below or need assistance with researching and booking flights.
Transportation costs can be expensed to 772507 BCM Staff Conference.

The lodge offers motel-style accommodations; each room has 2 queen beds and a full sized bathroom. If you would like to request an individual room, an additional $225 will be charged to your Staff Account.
If you want to request a roommate, please confirm with them before including their name on your registration. We will do our best to honor requests but cannot guarantee that.
